Here is a quick members overview for the curious.
When you join Spiritual Guidance Community, your profile is a treasure box of memories you have with us that you add to over time. When viewing other community profiles, as well as popular hashtags currently in use, placed on content your profile displays, you should know a few things.
We never ask for your profile information up front, in order to make it easier for you to interact with the content that really interests you.
By default, a photo of your display name initials will be your main avatar that represents you where ever your profile displays the identity of who you are. You can change this, and any other information you believe our community should know about you, very easily at any time, by following the links on the right hand side of the page, and by viewing your own profile.
You will not be able to change any other member's information accept your own unless you are an administrator. Even if you are one, we would never take advantage of this power for any reason. So if you are having trouble with this, send one of us a message, we are always the people with the verified status on our own profiles. And, we'll gladly help you out, but only if you ask one of us to.
Creating a community profile can also be done in our dedicated group for member introductions, in case you want to tuck it away, but still care to put more of yourself in one place.
No matter what or how you choose to portray yourself, doing so makes it easier for people to search, find and discover new friends.
Keep in mind, that you are able to change how your profile looks in 2 major ways.
There is the default overview page, along with any tabs of dedicated information you would like others to discover about you and your content. Along with any personal background pictures and cover photos you think your page theme should have. As well as personal widgets of text or other content you've shared belonging to each page or tab you add.
And, a dedicated profile information area, where more commonplace questions that everyone gets asked, that only ever involves how you interact with our community overall. Which we believe really puts common perspective first and foremost.
You can even invite people and search for friends in our community, if you believe they'd be interested in spiritual guidance, or common mutual interests you may share when guided by spirit.
That's really all there is to it. All we ask of you, is to enjoy your personal creations, as much as we have fun building the infrastructure for all of them, and you, to thrive here.
